We are seeking a freelance Marketing and Communication Performance Analyst to join our team.

The project involves working with a client in the banking sector, strengthening their marketing team by analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

• Facilitate decision-making by analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in measuring marketing and communication initiative performance.
• Good knowledge of marketing performance KPIs, marketing funnel, and conversion funnel.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Excel.
• Bilingual or trilingual (French and Dutch or vice versa).
